Equestrians, this is our last event of the year!! Come out and enjoy the gorgeous fall weather for a weekend of games and trails!
What games you ask? The plan right now is to play Daiku, Tippet Tag and Mounted Combat practice. If there is enough interest and Marshals, we will also do Mounted Combat Authorizations and have a competition. There will also be plenty of time to explore the awesome trails on site. I'm even going to build trail time into the schedule this year for those who want to do it ALL!
If you know of someone who needs regular games authorizations (not mounted combat), let me know. We will do those at 9am on Saturday. Everything else will begin at 10am.
If you plan on bringing a horse, please contact me and give me an estimated time of arrival. As always, please bring proof of negative coggins and if you are traveling from outside of Missouri you will need a recent health inspection as well.
Stall fees are $10 for the entire weekend and you need to pay for this when you troll in (instead of paying the site owner). If you would like shavings, those are $6 per bag.
If you don't own a horse but want to help, we could ALWAYS use ground crew and water bearers. Come out and meet the equestrians, their horses, and learn what it is all about! If you would like to volunteer, please find me Friday night at gate, shoot me a PM or just show up to the equestrian field a little before 9am! Please wear close-toed shoes!
